I continued this position, managing a team of 10-15 employees, for over 6 years while in college and grad school. After relocating with my husband and searching for a teaching position in a rural area, I began managing another restaurant and taking over bookkeeping responsibilities, utilizing Quickbooks. This career history, while untraditional for my field, demonstrates how quickly I am noticed for my ability to lead, regardless of industry.
