• Lead and develop the global mobility team, consisting of 3 Senior Employment Tax Managers, 1 Mobility Manager, 4 Mobility Leads, 5 Mobility Advisors and a shared services team of 9 based in Delhi..• Proactively contribute to the global reward & mobility strategy, for mobility matters, in line with business requirements, legislation and trends, ensuring they support the Group strategy of being internally fair and externally competitive. • Ensure the mobility agenda, strategy, policies and programs enhance business performance and results, ensuring global and regional business priorities are identified. • Responsible for designing and articulating the Group’s mobility strategy and programs and managing Group related policies, including international assignment taxation, relocation and immigration. • Providing the business with international employment tax advice, having oversight and giving direction to the managed services provider to ensure international employment tax needs of the business are met through the mobility end to end process.• Develop and manage the consistent application of the global benefits strategy.• Manage and govern the global employment company, based in Singapore, from a P&O perspective, ensuring liaison with tax and finance teams. • Support the regional teams and business units with new country and project start-ups. • Identify, develop and manage current and new global vendor relationships, identifying appropriate partners who can add value to the Group.
