• Serves as the primary resource for campus personnel related to healthcare key performance indicators, healthcare financial management, and healthcare financial outcomes. Provides guidance and recommendations related to these metrics as well.• Collaborates with healthcare staff on various areas of data analysis on healthcare initiatives. Supervise support staff including training, orientation, performance evaluation, and discipline of this position• Administer and oversee the Resident Service Study process to establish and validate campus assisted living pricing. Based on observations, provide feedback and recommendations on budget allocations as well as operations.• Responsible for decision making related to the process and direction of the LifeConnect software tool. Assists with identifying key gaps in processes and finding resolutions. Works with the Director of AL Operations in the approval process for the assisted living pricing updates.• Demonstrates the ability to handle multiple tasks and communicates effectively throughout multiple levels of the organization. • Collaborate with the CRC central office information services staff to monitor and update computerized healthcare systems and dashboards as they relate to financial application.• Responsible for revenue and expense analysis and testing compared to benchmarks, PPD levels, etc. Responsible for driving conversations with campus leadership when needed to capture missing revenue and potential expense reduction.

• Responsible for the support, maintenance, and upgrade management of two financial applications (Vision – electronic health record & Orbits – medical supply billing) and possess the navigational skills for additional software applications (Lawson – Accounting software, LifeConnect – tiered pricing software).• Serves as the key liaison between the corporate office and financial application users at the 12 Continuing Care Retirement Communities (campuses), and responsible for resolving all levels of financial application issues for Vision. In addition, serve as one of the key liaisons to the software vendors in resolving software problems.• Responsible for initial and ongoing training related to the financial applications of Vision.• Analyze monthly/quarterly/periodic reporting and develop processes and reasons why campuses are not performing at expected levels, and assist with trouble-shooting current processes; Proactive in reaching out to campus staff.• Collaborate with multiple departments on various areas of support and analysis of corporate healthcare initiatives as well as help develop and audit accounting/billing procedures and tools for corporate office & campuses.• Responsible for the posting of monthly campus adjustments and write offs, and communication of said write offs to campus and corporate personnel. Also includes maintenance of the write off percentages to measure performance against corporate standards and expectations• Effectively manages time, priorities and versatile job responsibilities and consistently meets all deadlines and work plans.• Presents important clinical and financial data in charts, graphs and tables to upper management for decision making purposes.
