In my current role as a customer service administrator, I oversee the customer service department of Networks Plus. This position includes monitoring accounts, maintaining the needs of representatives, and assisting with interactions as related specifically to customer service. I am also responsible for analyzing customer satisfaction, processing customer orders, and collaborating with other departments. This role requires strong communication skills, experience with relevant computer software, & knowledge of products carried by Networks Plus.
