Responsible for all marketing and communications strategies and tactics for national non-profit program.Role included: Managing web content, crafting collaborative national and local marketing plans, growing social media communities, writing and evaluating e-newsletters, tracking and understanding web analytics, pay-per-click and keywords, continually improving SEO, designing and writing outreach presentations, creating print advertisements, leading annual brochure production, coordinating internal communications, developing training content, building key relationships, and anything else that can support and enhance SWAP's mission.

Immensely enjoyed learning from an extremely cutting-edge team about how to best leverage new media tools in highly innovative ways to further charitable causes.

Created interactive content by writing scripts, researching road laws around the world and analyzing statistics to adapt finding into training modules. Fine attention to detail and resourcefulness was applied.

Trained skill set through this fantastic opportunity to use online communications and public relations to promote human rights. Researched international human rights laws and cases, developed web content and updates, wrote press releases and engaged in media outreach.
