As a senior associate at Ross Strategic, I blend curiosity with rigorous analysis and planning to help client partners of all sizes to design efforts that turn strategy into effective action. I have collaborated with a wide range of stakeholders, including governments, corporations, utilities, philanthropies, and nonprofits, to promote sustainability and water management solutions at national and global levels.

At C+C, I worked as a program implementer, helping clients achieve energy savings as well as provide management and support for a field team of four. During my time here, I collaborated with clients, manufacturers, and retailers to create contracts that encourage energy-efficient purchases on a wide variety of products from LEDs to water heaters.

As a teaching assistant, I acted as a go-between for the professor and students. In addition to assisting during lecture and providing feedback on syllabus, I also led weekly discussion sections with graduate students to further explore managing the policy process.

As an administrative assistant, I worked with the Graduate School staff to direct incoming graduates students to the locations, paperwork, and information they need for a successful start. For MA and PhD students completing their academic career, I was one of the final touch points as they jump that last hurdle. As a graduate student myself, it was a great opportunity to connect with my fellow students and familiarize myself with the ins and outs of graduate education processes.

As a policy research intern, I worked with the director of Emerald Cities Seattle on the summer 2014 Energy Efficiency in Downtown Seattle Initiative. Specifically, I conducted research to demonstrate the need to drive demand for energy efficiency in Seattle and explored energy efficiency programs needed to support potential new energy codes and requirements for building owners.
