Tim has more than 20 years of experience leading strategic planning, learning and evaluation, and collaborative initiatives. His work for international organizations, government agencies, companies and foundations has focused on diverse topics including air quality, energy efficiency and clean energy, economic development, impact investing, climate change, and water sustainability. Tim excels in supporting innovative public-private partnerships to advance sustainability goals. Prior to joining Ross Strategic in 2001, Tim worked with more than thirty companies in the energy, manufacturing, transportation, and pharmaceutical sectors to develop environmental management and sustainability initiatives as a consultant with RPM Systems, Inc. and RETEC (now AECOM). Tim has also lived in West Africa where he worked on environment, energy and development issues.Specialties: Strategic planning, evaluation (formative, summative and developmental), facilitation and collaborative process design, rapid learning and best practice sharing, network design and development.
