I am delighted to step into a leadership role at Comscore. As VP of PMO I will be guiding the company through organisational change to ensure efficient and effective delivery of value to our clients. Along with ensuring that projects align to our strategic goals I will be leading process changes and talent improvement to build teams that can achieve more.

Comscore is a trusted currency for planning, transacting, and evaluating media across platforms. Following it’s acquisition of Shareablee in December 2021 I continued my role as Agile coach and manager for the Dictionary team. During the transition I led a project to align Comscore and Shareablee entities to enable providing digital and social data together.

This responsibility included recruiting developers, facilitating meetings, task allocation and prioritisation, supporting the team members and training. As lead developer I ensured that the goals of the project were clearly communicated to the other team members. I selected the appropriate development methodology for the project and am comfortable applying agile, scrum or waterfall. I championed process improvement and implemented changes to operating procedures to drive high performance within the team. I also engaged with and managed multiple vendor teams to ensure the successful delivery of the required products. As the engineering point of contact I communicated effectively and formed efficient working relationships with all departments involved with the projects including the Stakeholders, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Technical Editorial, Sales and QA. I interpreted the stakeholders business requirements and translated these into application and operational requirements. I participated in the creation of documentation for the projects including business requirements, flow charts, use cases and sequence diagrams. I ensured that the artifacts were delivered according to the specifications and templates. On many occasions I demonstrated a keen commitment to the successful delivery of the projects. I worked as a software developer at Electric Paper, which is now part of ThirdForce. In this position I creating e-learning content using Flash, HTML and XML. Developing the products involved the use of both creative animation and complex scripted behaviors using Actionscript 3. The project I was contracted for was the new version of the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) and my contract was extended a further 3 months.
