Honor Technology strives to expand the world’s capacity to care. The Honor Care Platform app elevates the in-home senior care experience for Agency Owners, Care Pros, clients, and their adult children alike. To ensure consistent photography aesthetic, I art directed multiple brand photoshoots remotely and on-site. When Honor purchased Home Instead in 2021, I developed design strategies to employ cohesion between both brands while preserving each visual identity. With several more franchises added to our platform, I worked with one of the co-founders and with the platform success team to redesign their weekly reports. The new report layout featured a stronger hierarchy of categorized data with appropriate use of color and chart styles.IMPACT- Increased Honor’s social audience across all platforms by +2,859%, and engagements +4,309% through design strategy- Attained a 500% increase in engagement for a new employee recognition program after developing custom illustrated virtual meeting backgrounds to reward winners.- Accomplished a 386% increase in HQ Careers page views QoQ after sourcing all photography and iconography for the refreshed marketing website without a budget.- Devised new asset library system and naming conventions for icon sets, increasing efficiency within the team and maintaining consistent style across all materials.

In this role, I developed the branding from conception to inception for Honor’s first annual conference, SAGE2019, and applied the brand identity across print and digital mediums needed for the event. I created sales and marketing collateral, plus presentation decks, to support the growth of the Honor Care Network (B2B) and Honor Home Care (D2C). My redesigned Honor Care Network sales booth saw increased foot traffic at trade shows.IMPACT:- Contributed to a 20% overage in attendance after designing and implementing the design system for SAGE, Honor's first annual conference. Onboarded 3 additional HCN Partners.- Supported company growth of 200% YoY by collaborating with cross functional teams to create marketing collateral spanning several touch points. Upheld brand quality for sub-brands. (B2B & D2C)

NeoLife produces nutritional, home care, and skin care products in the direct selling industry. During my time at this organization, I had the opportunity to design suites of marketing collateral for the all new NeoLife Sports line and the first organic skin care line on the direct selling market. I was also involved in a global brand refresh of the parent brand, NeoLife. Design support for Promoters and corporate marketing initiatives included magazine spreads, catalogs, brochures, packaging, conference branding, one sheets, and more.IMPACT: - Achieved an 18% sales increase for rebranded Nutriance Organic Skin Care line, and sold out at all four launch events.- Reached a younger audience through a global branding refresh. Worked within the design team to implement the new company image.
