CurrentManages, assists with proposals and responsible to ensure the delivery proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, etc. are of top quality, timely, effective, and limit firms liabilityExercises and implements best practice BD processes across the board with the global sales team,Work closely with partners and MD to ensure established processes, targets, and directives are being delivered within global sales team. Trains and mentors staff. Assists in establishing priorities and protocols for responding to RFP’s and other marketing related inquiries.Directs the initial mark-up of proposals. Oversee proposals for accuracy and fee prior to giving to Managing PartnerEstablishes and coordinate timeline and delegation of assignments as needed to complete effective submittals.Coordinates or obtains information needed from consultant firms to be included in proposals or at sales presentations.Provides quarterly results assessments of productivity.Leverage and communicate competitive losses/wins across the sales teams.Fosters a commitment to external and internal client service. Furnishes marketing advice, counsel and general staff support to all departments within the organization.Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; Assists and/or leads in “Go/No Go” decision making for project pursuits.Oversee interaction with existing and new clients while driving efforts for the acquisitions on new business relationships
