As a leader in HR, learning and organizational development, I recognize that employees make the company what it is and what it will become. Currently serving as the L&D Manager for the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), I have also held HR Program Management roles with Lockheed Martin, Clark Construction and CACI International.
