MacDonald-Second Place winner of the Schulich-Ivey Quality in Healthcare Consultancy Capstone Presentation-Developed critical insight into quality issues that affect the healthcare system through interactions between business and medical professionals in authentic settings -Applied quality improvement principles to identify and address a quality problem within the health care system -Collaborated with the client to gather information, formulate an aim statement, conduct a stakeholder analysis, create a PICK chart, and deliver a boardroom pitch. This increased awareness of key challenges and the need to mitigate LWBS rates.
