As an Adventure Guide with Adventures By Disney I lead guests traveling to destinations all around the world on guided group vacations with The Walt Disney Company. My mission is to deliver the Disney Difference, enabling families to create enchanting memories through a hassle-free travel experience. What excites me most about this role is the prospect of helping fellow adventurers discover the wonders of our world, as we encounter breathtaking landscapes, immerse ourselves in inspiring stories, and embrace diverse cultures along the way, of course with a little Disney magic sprinkled throughout each adventure. I spent 3 1/2 years working in the Chicago film and television industry as a Casting Associate/Assistant with Casting Directors Marisa Ross and Christal Karge. During my time in their office I auditioned and hired talent on notable television shows such as Chicago Med on NBC and Power Book IV: Force on STARZ. I enjoy the process of working with production teams to find the best talent for their projects and look forward to the continuation of my Casting career in Orlando. The entertainment industry has been a part of my life for many years and I feel immense joy and pride when I am able to help bring a story to life.I believe one of the most important things anyone can do within their lifetime is explore the world and I have a deep passion for helping others do this. I enjoy using the power of social media to share the world with others and have three years of experience running my own accounts under the handle @avenuetoadventure. I share stories of my own personal travel adventures and hope to inspire others to plan their next adventure. In this endeavor I have gained experience collaborating with brands in the travel/adventure industry to promote their products in an engaging way through video format. During my offseason from AbD I am eager to further expand my freelance content creation portfolio and collaborate with tourism boards, travel magazines, and other partners to bring travel destinations to life through social media content.
