Effectiveness Teacher Coach For Baltimore City Teaching Residency
Current-Manage a caseload of 28 residents and their data throughout the year-Diagnostically assess each Resident for a baseline score based on specific rubrics-Assess and Identify key lever in Resident performance and uses that lever, in collaboration with another coach, to create custom coaching plans that will efficiently facilitate greatest amount of success -Intensely coach 6-9 prioritized Residents in the classroom per week, as they teach, for immediate improvement-Collaborate with mentors and principals to create positive relations -Design and facilitate custom small-group professional development sessions based on common classroom needs-Facilitate large group weekly seminar classes on high-need topics such as common core alignment and behavior managament
