As an Undergraduate Research Ambassador, I outreach to the campus community to showcase the different research available and how they can get involved. I composed and created Power-point presentations to deliver to a variety of groups. I use Adobe pro and Canva to create social media post to ensure students can connect with us and find research information on different platforms. Furthermore, I conduct interviews with research faculty and students to promote their work and their message.

In my role, I contributed to the efficient operation of our distribution center by actively assisting in various tasks. This included welcoming and checking in over 300 users, ensuring they had a positive and safe experience. Additionally, I played a key role in restocking items and meticulously checking out and weighing items to maintain the availability of essential goods for our community. I also took on operational responsibilities like cleaning and weighing donations, as well as assisting users in finding in-demand items during their shopping trips, helping us prepare for future distributions. To further support our users, I created a valuable recipe resource on CANVA, ensuring that they had access to information on how to prepare bulk food items, making their experience even more rewarding.
