•Contribute to developing and carrying out ELARABY internal communications plan to raise awareness among employees.•Work on conducting internal events/ceremonies and conferences for employees to enhance their involvement in the company.•Seek to develop the communication channels more effectively to deliver messages to different types of employees.•Support new projects by providing timely accurate information to enable the company to participate with the projects’ managers and make a difference effectively.•Create a clear and effective framework on communication means with the employees to enhance their sense of the company’s common goal associated with the working life.•Submit the reports on measuring the effectiveness of communication processes to assess whether they meet the needs of the company and employees and to improve and develop them when necessary.•Ensure that all communications and releases comply with ELARABY brand guidance provided by the marketing/ telemarketing team to increase the employees’ loyalty.Make proposals on means of communication and delivering messages, communication channels and main topics to ensure delivering information to employees optimally.•Write and create organized content to educate, engage and motivate all employees, and encourage feedbacks/bidirectional communication to increase their affiliation and productivity.

-Recruitment and Staffing:Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job postings.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.Coordinate the interview process and follow up with candidates.-Employee Onboarding:Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.Prepare orientation materials and conduct orientation sessions.-Training and Development:Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs.Assist in creating development plans for employees.
