I managed the operations of Activate Instruction, a free online platform to support personalized learning, with a focus on engaging educators to create and share high-quality K-12 curriculum. I coordinated marketing and PR firms to establish trust and awareness of Activate Instruction and helped evaluate strategic partnerships with technology and curriculum partners, which ultimately led to Activate’s collaboration with Gooru, a nonprofit honoring the right to human education with free online learning tools.

Originally hired to support general office administrative tasks, I quickly became involved in Girard Foundation’s main project developing Activate Instruction, a free online platform to help personalize learning. I worked with a diverse team of educators and engineers from the proposal phase of the project to development, piloting, and launch of Activate Instruction.

Affinity helps fraternities, sororities, and honorary societies protect the integrity and ownership of their trademarks. In my role, I built positive relationships with licensed vendors by providing quality assistance for sales reporting. I also converted the existing reporting process from manual to digital, helping set the stage for future all online reporting.
