I work alongside team assistants, executives, national directors and corporate marketing to assist in the successful implementation of property campaigns nationally. Specifically I work on large property portfolios across an array of divisions, including capital markets, investment services, retail, office leasing, hotels and industrial.• Working across Victoria, Western Australia and New Zealand, I provide client service for over 80 property directors and executives from fourteen different offices.• Oversee the development of all campaign elements including: digital ads, print ads, photography, signage, brochures, eDMs, online advertising banners, and specialised client portfolio publications.• Engaging third party suppliers (photographers, signage companies, videographers etc).• Processing, distributing and proofing print media to national, major metro, local publications, signage and brochure suppliers.• Liaising directly with external media representatives.• Learning and using the back end operation of Campaign Track, and assisting operatives when needed.• Managing finances for campaigns/account reconciliation.• Managing creative design of bespoke advertising, by directing designers on customer requirements and needs.• Ensuring advertising is to corporate branding guidelines, and that all operatives within the company adhere to their company’s advertising guidelines and rulings.• Ensuring our client adheres to publication and supplier deadlines.
