I’m a Sydney-based creative and copywriter with more than 7 years experience in all things commercial communication. Mostly, that just means I write and make ads. I cut my teeth working on big brands at big agencies surrounded by some of the country's best creative talent. Somewhere along the way I went from Award School student to Award School tutor. Among less interesting things; I’ve made a tiny action movie starring a burger phone for Hungry Jack’s, turned a Burton snowboard into a fully-functioning boarding pass for Japan Airlines and turned 15,000 pre-rolls into digital support stages for upcoming musicians with YouTube and Extra. My work has been recognised at every major award show including; Cannes, D&AD, Award, Spikes and New York Festival. While awards are nice, I’m motivated by a simple desire to make stuff. Stuff that me, my creative partner, bosses and clients can be proud of, and stuff that my mates and the public might enjoy. (I’ve found it helps if we move some product too.) When not working, I split my time between Bondi and Avalon, spending my paychecks on beer, surfboards and camping gear.
