I am also currently working as a hostess at Arizona Biltmore, a Waldorf Astoria Resort, where I greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.In my previous role as a front desk agent at Hyatt Regency Seattle, I gained valuable experience in handling front desk operations, guest inquiries, and payment accuracy. I worked with a diverse team of professionals, and contributed to the hotel's reputation and performance by ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, addressing guest needs, and resolving conflicts. I also developed my communication, teamwork, and receptionist skills, which I believe are essential for any hospitality role.
