- As part of the Instructional Design team, we are redesigning the General Training onboarding process for new hires, from antiquated PowerPoints to an engaging Learning Management System process. We are using Articulate Rise 360 to design the training. In August 2023 we are testing the prototype design and making iterations based on feedback from users. - I lead a team of eight Trainers who help onboard and train new interviewers, providing them with the resources they need to be successful in production. - I lead a team of 12 Recruiters who attract and interview qualified candidates to work with NORC. - I lead the Employee Appreciation team of four leadership members. We procure monthly appreciation evens to help the staff members feel recognized for their work. I design flyers for staff engagement. - I help to modernize training materials, designing them in Articulate for learners across three sites, states, and cities.

This resulted in in less reshoots and more respect between the departments - Provided art direction to the catalog team, a "look book" approach to shooting imagery. Within Catalog, Zulily imagery converts 30-88% higher than regular in-house imagery.- Initiated a monthly model casting call, bringing in 250+ new models and boosting model diversity 40% over vendor imagery; wrote and developed a model training orientation to align new models on the Zulily aesthetic- Media trained by QVC Producers and sought after as a bi-monthly fashion expert on Zulily’s Facebook and Instagram Live channels

I assisted Amazon Fashion on-figure Stylists on set which included preparing clothing for photographing (steaming and ironing) and pulling complimentary shoes and apparel for a shot. This also involves re-stocking the men and women's closets at the end of each day for 12 different on-figure sets and keeping the closet meticulously organized.

In addition to growing Conselle’s social media influence, I created original artwork in Photoshop and Polyvore to complement the Conselle curriculum, while also responsible for the editing, layout, and artwork of the monthly newsletter in ConstantContact. Thanks to social campaigns, Conselle received additional event registrations.

I developed brand recognition online through social networking including blogging, Facebook, and Twitter. I also managed the CEO's calendar and scheduling events.

Served in a leadership capacity and managed the finances of the thriving BNI Prosper Chapter in Highland/Alpine, Utah.

I designed three jewelry lines for blue bijou, designed the website and wrote the web content, while styling and photographing the jewelry line.

I planned and executed engaging events that gave clientele a reason to come back to the store. I added value by demonstrating and educating clients on the versatility and power of the products they purchased. By created a community atmosphere, it allowed both sales and friendships to thrive. Additionally, I developed and edited a Newsletter specifically for clientele with educational articles on products purchased.

Answered a 12-line switchboard at the main branch of 7 stores, fielding 250+ calls per day with professional phone etiquette and being a pleasant, gracious first impression for the company.

Part of the first round of teachers for the SMMO school, I encouraged and supported inner-city children and pre-teens in their efforts to learn music through weekly group piano lessons.
