With over 15 years of experience as a clinical social worker, I have developed a passion for helping students and families overcome social and emotional challenges and achieve their personal and academic goals. I currently work as a school social worker at ISD 728, where I provide comprehensive psycho-social assessments, individual and group counseling, and crisis intervention to a diverse population of students.I bring a variety of skills and competencies to my role, including strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to effectively problem-solve and make sound, ethical decisions. I use evidence-based treatment modalities to deliver high-quality and cost-effective care, and I stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in the field of mental health. I also collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to student well-being and success. I am self-motivated, hard-working, and positive, and I continuously seek to learn and grow as a professional and as a person.
