Review on the corporate and freelancer business accounts before on boarding and verify their documents for all sections like- business screening, incorporation, registered and trading address, operating address and country of operations, Nature of business, director details, shareholder structure details.Conducting a periodic review in line with client policy to fulfill Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, CDD. Service Desk tickets process we will receive Jira ticket from support agent, based on the client’s issues or quires we can take action on those Jira tickets.BMA analyst (Business merchant account): As a BMA analyst I have to verify nature of business, MCC code, business description, business risk level then on boarding is merchant account.Before on-board the business merchant I have to check KYC of user, fraud assessment check, enable the Processing, withdrawal, KMA Review then only merchant able to receive the payments from the user.User will provide the website link which owned by user, I have to verify and make decision which is acceptable business or not. If the business related to prohibited then I have to denied the case.Collect the document which is required from the user end or we need any clarifications on merchant, ones received clarification then on board the merchants.Achievements: I gat "EXTRA MILLER AWARD" in recognition for processing the more cases with100% quality and Production.
