I am an emerging professional with an academic background and experience in public administration and business management. I hold a postgraduate degree in Public Management and am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing at the prestigious Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), enhancing my skills and knowledge to tackle the complex challenges of the contemporary world.With a 9-year career in the administrative field of public organizations, I have gained a deep understanding of the inner workings of these institutions. I had the honor of serving as an assistant to the Minister of the Superior Labor Court (TST), Maria Helena Mallmann, where I contributed to critical processes and gained experience in highly demanding and regulated environments.Currently, I am a part of the team at the public company Caesb, located in the Federal District, serving as an assistant in the Business Support Directorate. In this role, I actively collaborate to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of operations, applying my knowledge in public and administrative management. Additionally, I had the opportunity to contribute to the Human Resources team at Caesb, enriching my experience in human resource management.In addition to my dedication to public administration, I also have significant entrepreneurial experience. I founded and served as the manager of a babysitting company for more than 5 years, demonstrating my ability to successfully lead and manage a business.
