In April 2012, I started working for a new engineering team; This team built and delivered the v1 release of the "Partner Relationship Management" product of Oracle CRM applications.I served as the first point of contact for triaging critical bugs and delivering timely fixes; Also, I improved test coverage by authoring new tests or enhancing existing ones.Was the engineering POC from my team to others who had to integrate their code / services with the product.
