Installation of various welding machines including Resistance welding, Laser welding and Laser marking.5. Process to find out the welding parameters in order to achieve the quality welding using the Resistance welding and laser welding machines.6. Having good welding experiences at the application and process side in the field of welding industry.7. Good leadership in the field of designing and developing the welding machines.8. Technical skills in the field of Resistance welding machine and laser welding machines.9. Expertise in laser welding applications. 10. Knowledge to interface the machines with PLC with required sequence as per the customer requirements.11. Able to maintain the stocks for the production level as well as quality standards.
