• Executed 10 Projects of Industrial Steam Turbines, completing Factory scope, On-Time and within budget.• Centrally tracked the Engineering Drawing Releases for all Active Projects.• Offered Support to Engineering by Monthly detailed OTD analysis, Prioritization of Pending releases, Managing the Activity Extension/Preponement Requests - considering material availability, coordination with CFTs, lead time calculation and Turbine dispatch.• Assisted Central tracking of material readiness with SCM by creating Component wise tracking database ensuring PR generation, timely tracking of PR to PO conversion, Highlighting cases of non-std items, listing out live PRs and issues.• Removed barriers at different phases of Project execution.

Well, my curiosity has driven me to embark on a heartfelt project titled "Wisdom from Within". This project aims to distill pristine wisdom by interviewing inspiring individuals and is hinged on providing fresh perspective by delving into deeper reflections on life, meaning, and personal journey.The project aims to amass thought provoking ideas and life lessons from people across professions, organizations, cultures and countries. The possibility to tap into the pure gold from the interviewee’s personal experiences gleaned, capturing, and conveying it to an aspiring audience gives me goosebumps!If this venture deepens the understanding of life, shifts perspectives in a positive manner and/or inspires to take massive action – of anyone reading this from any place of the world at any point in time – I would deem this meaningful.I'm curating content for the book by picking out the most meaningful conversations from thought-provoking individuals and by writing about my worthwhile explorations/understandings in/of life. The book shall be a compilation of priceless life lessons [- Inspired from Tools of Titans by Tim Ferris]. The interviewing & content writing is currently in progress.

By creating a conducive environment for automobile enthusiasts, this prestigious students chapter provided a pragmatic approach towards learning. With a clear vision in the mind and zeal in the heart, the chapter toiled towards and successfully manufactured an Electric Go-Kart, which won laurels.

Elected as the Research and Innovation Affairs Secretary (Students' Council) of the Institute. The unprecedented initiatives heralded by my council are elaborated below:1. The lack of awareness about research possibilities that prevailed in the campus was addressed by organizing a fully-fledged seminar to provide deep insights on the same and also by establishing SVNIT’s Research cell page, on the major social platforms, to relentlessly keep the students updated about the various research internship opportunities throughout the globe. By rendering the council actively available on such platforms, the ease to disseminate awareness to large masses was augmented. 2. The council was then proud to herald the inception of ‘Cognizance’, a project support scheme, intended to stimulate the students’ calibre to innovate by extending support and financial aid, to the new and innovative projects, facing a dearth of funds. This aimed at addressing the issues of financial limitation of the self-funded projects. 3. In the next venture, the council launched The Research Scholars’ Portal. It is a platform which is built solely for all the students of the SVNIT to share a glimpse of their research works (ranging from research internship to conferences and paper publication) and also view their fellow researcher's projects and work. This creates a platform for connecting the students, based on their research interests, within the institute as well as at Inter-Institute level. 4. The council was proud to culminate the work by releasing Shaastra, the first-ever student research magazine of the institute. The magazine is a comprehensive amalgamation of research & development activities within and outside the institute, realised exclusively for the students, by the students.

The detrimental effect of porosity in cast turbine and compressor blades of jet engines has been a major issue since long. The influence of porosity on the path of propagation of a crack was attempted in the work. This serves as a pilot study to understand and predict the path of crack propagation in cast components such as turbine/compressor blades with inherent porosity. The influence of the pores in altering the crack trajectory due to the interaction of the stress fields was simulated using the XFEM module in Abaqus package and experimental testings were conducted to validate the same.The above work was carried out under the guidance of Prof. K. Ramesh, Applied Mechanics Department, IIT Madras.
