CurrentAccSource is outsourcing company in Australia, We got well trained in Australian Accounting & Taxation field and assigned in the Australian IT company as Book-keeper. I am having role as Accounts Processing - Associates in the Australian Company and handing day to day accounts and other management report which help to track and money in & out. Also I supported the subsidiary Pakistan company accounts and indirect taxation for few months and I learned most of the taxation in PK.~ Reviewing the timesheet from the employee and preparing the Invoices on Project-wise~ Reviewing the supplier invoice with proper supporting documents. Like Agreement, Timesheets, SOW, Contract.~ Preparing Forecast and budgeting to estimate the Company movement ~ Preparing employees Utillisation report to identify the Billable and Non-Billable for Consultant and Backoffice. ~ Reconcile the Client Hours report to make sure all billable hours are converted into Invoice. ~ Ticking on the Onboarding and Offboarding the employees. ~ Payroll Processing on time which including PAYG (W), Super calculation and Payroll Tax (Monthly and Annual Return). ~ Reconciliation on the BAS by general ledger scrutiny. ~ Reviewing the Financial Statement on Quarterly basis for MD Meeting. ~ Communicating with External Auditor to make sure all audit queries are answered.
