The objective of this project is to examine how a galaxy reacts to the gradual increase in mass of a black hole situated at its core. Our aim is to address two primary inquiries: 1. What is the ultimate density distribution of dark matter encircling the black hole? 2. To what extent do these density spikes amplify the potential signal of dark matter annihilation?

Gamma-ray bursts (GRBs), detected up to redshift 9.4, serve as vital probes of early universe processes. Despite observational constraints, only 11% have known redshifts. 1. Our work expands the redshift knowledge of long GRBs using supervised machine learning, increasing the original sample by 21% to 238 GRBs. 2. Correlating strongly with observed values (Pearson coefficient: 0.93, RMSE: 0.46), our model estimates redshifts for 154 long GRBs. We've developed a user-friendly web app for real-time redshift inference and encourage community participation in this open-source project.

Estimated gravitational wave strain in hypothetical binary black hole systems. Created strain-frequency distributions for stars near the Milky Way's galactic center.
