About Sarthak Saxena
An MBA Graduate from IIM Calcutta with more than a decade of diverse experience working as an Entrepreneur, Sales Professional, Trainer & Speaker.I witnessed a life threatening accident on the last day of my graduation and lost my right hand in that (which was incidentally my working hand then). Recollecting myself after the setback, I learnt to live life as a single handed person and converted my left hand into my working hand. I appeared for CAT within 5 months from the time of accident and got into Indian Institute of Management Calcutta within a year's time (356 days to be precise). Following that I was invited by various Corporate & Institutes to share my life experiences and over the period of time it has become an integral part of my life to motivate people to have a positive outlook towards life. I started my professional career in extremely dynamic environment of an early age startup and worked there for around 28 months into Business Development & Training domain. Handled markets like Ahmadabad & Bhopal as Business Development Manager and handled 3 states of western zone namely Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Maharashtra as a Training Manager. Just after an extensive learning experience at Appsdaily, I co-founded a venture in 2016 in career counselling space for school going students. Another venture I co-founded in 2018 in the fashion industry which I had to shut down after getting largely impacted by the Covid 19 pandemic.Also I was associated with Triumphant Institute of Management Education (TIME) Bhopal as a faculty for around 3 years and got a chance to mentor many MBA aspirants to realize their dreams.I spent 1.5 years with Addverb Technologies doing B2B Consultative Sales and helped businesses to optimise and strengthen their supply chains with our amazing offerings into the space of warehouse automation and robotics.Currently I am working with Increff, a SaaS technology company, providing cutting edge technology solutions in the Merchandising & Warehousing space, making the inventory incredibly efficient.As an eternal student and a continuous learner, I look forward to varied experiences in life.
