- work management of IT Asset Management Department (duty assigning, work control and management reporting )- devise and creation of procedures for department upgrade- documentation writing which team members are using their operational work- management of all IT equipment in the company through whole life cycle (from procurement to write-off )- IT asset record keeping- record keeping of financial value of IT assets and licences which company using- storehouse management of IT assets- record keeping and equipment keeping of client hardware- IT asset procurement- IT licence management through whole life cycle (from procurement to expiration or renewal)- Access Management - record keeping about approved access to requested IT resources- enabling and control of employees access for widely used tools - participation with other departments in planning of employee accommodation and equipment maintenance and providing advice and suggestions for IT assets- security - granting, subtracting permission and other security related check-ups of company software tool assets

- Connecting to client devices and remote problem detection- Checking and installation testing- Checking and testing NSoft platform services- Checking and peripherals testing (bill/coin acceptors, printers, scanners, card readers etc.)- Hardware assessing in the context of recommended configurations for NSoft products- Communicating with clients and hardware assessing- Writing hardware documentation and procedures related to QA Hardware team- Work monitoring of the other team members- Bug reproduction
