Provide technical area expertise on the development of training material to meet the networks topic area objectives and conduct courses relevant to the assigned topic area. Review and analyze training materials, recommend changes, and perform task and skill analyses of training requirements to develop learning objectives within training materials. Develop networks topic area training material to meet the government identified training standard and incorporate knowledge of wireless and mobility vulnerabilities and the impact of changes. Ensure networks topic area training material are integrated and supports related topic area training materials, conduct periodic course content review, and provide recommendations for training material revisions. Conduct content review based on student evaluations, provide recommendations for training material revisions, assess student knowledge, skills, and abilities to gauge student proficiency in topic area, and apply industry best practices in adult learning. Deliver instruction via interactive synchronous and asynchronous learning activities.
