I have over 10 years of experience in the development cooperation arena in the Western Balkans, MENA and ENPI East countries. I’ve had the opportunity to add a range of skills to my repertoire, data analysis for climate change, advising on strategic planning and policy implementation, just to name a few.Along the way, I also discovered a new passion: gender equality. Recently, I had chance to cooperate with women civil society organization, striving to focus on collaboration, mentorship, and communication, as well as possibilities to integrate gender dimension in environmental and climate area.
