Significant experience in major power generation projects, including the design and construction of the Confined Zone Dispersion Demonstration Project at the Seward Generating Station (DOE-CCT-3), and the Warren Repowering Project (DOE-CCT-5)Developed and implemented GPU's Coal Ash Utilization Program.Responsible for all environmental-related research and development activities.Served as Advisor to Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) concerning all Coal Quality-related projects. Responsible for the development and demonstration of leading edge power plant control systems and componentsAuthor of various technical papers related to fine coal cleaning, coal quality effects on power generation, urea injection for the control of NOx, and innovative power cycles.
