I spent a year and a half in Target's food pyramid learning the production controller role and helping to open Target's 3rd Witron building. I was in charge of managing building staffing levels through various challenges that food brings such as fluctuating sales, complicated freight, and automation glitches. During the startup period I implemented our scheduling best practice along with various scheduling tools for team members. I developed a market staffing strategy to help Target buildings in the same area achieve optimal staffing levels by sharing talent. Worked on cross functional teams including individuals from headquarters, field operations, and 3rd party partners to implement sustainable processes to achieve company metric driven results.

In charge of leading 40 team members on a daily basis to manage the outbound flow of product with the daily challenge of unpredictable and fluctuating volumes. My other responsibilities included a POC for the events, BTS, and quality teams. I was the captain of the campus recruiting team for two buildings where I am in charge of coordinating representation at various colleges to recruit a high level of talent for group leaders and interns. I was also a backup production controller where I have recently identified a gap in our waving structure and tested and implemented a 7 LOS wave structure while maintaining going from 95% to 99% standard LOS.
