Engaging with customers and seeing them be successful has always been a passion of mine, so It's only natural that my career evolved into a new and exciting future focusing on Customer Success. After a life time of engaging with customers in Hospitality and Event Management where the customer and client is at the centre of my role I have been fortunate to work with all different types of customers and learned a whole bunch of new skill sets along the way. Forming immersive relationships with our clients is one of the best parts of the job. Seeing a customer really grow and turn from a customer who maybe didn’t fully understand to a customer that challenges me, my process and my thinking is where I find the most value. I want to make sure that a customer feels successful so they want to continue to do more and achieve bigger goals over the course of our relationship. Having that direct line to our product team to be able to make suggestions, be the voice of customers and work closely with them to help improve the product.
