In this position, I orchestrate the end-to-end supply chain and ETO-OTC process for a multi-functional engineering facility with four globally distributed joint ventures. This requires me to develop accurate predictive tools and models to deliver on-target estimation and analysis. I also collaborate intensively with Operations Managers and Supervisors to identify materials needs, and train and mentor junior procurementprofessionals to nurture a productive work environment. In this role, I conducted international sourcing activities to procure mechanical components, raw materials, fixed equipment, and tooling. I also worked intensively with vendors to cut costs and acquire high-quality goods. The position required me to assess technical data, designs, and preliminary specifications to develop test requirements for Oil & Gas products. Additionally, I established performance criteria and procedures for manufacturing, servicing, and testing. Finally, I prepared technical documentation for each project and proposed material specifications to OPS Manager for final procurement approval. Developed international network of vendors. Cleared complex overseas shipments, including chemical sourcing, with ownership over import/export documentation
