• Subject Matter Expert of HR-systems and being the Single point of contact for all system related critical issues/enhancements, driving all system initiatives for south Asia cluster and coordinating with regional team for driving best practices across APAC/ Global.• Recommending new process and procedures to support continual improvement to all HRSS portfolio’s under Citi South Asia• Conducted reviews for SOP, regulatory and any other specific area/ process as assigned by the management and highlight compliance deficiencies if any and then suggest corrective actions• Providing support, direction and consultation to Managers and directors in all areas of HR, for employee related mapping/ reporting issues.• Maintaining MIS for HR Database for all entities and circulate the same to HR Generalist according to their requirement.• Provided support for HR systems, including Tier 1 HR system support, data entry, system support and administration, year-end processing, and system audits.
