• Played a PM & business consultant role in feasibility and design of a collaboration platform for the corporate customers of Vodafone UK. • Responsible for converting requirements into functional specification with the client.• Played the role of the PM for the build of the collaboration platform. Managed the core engineering team of 10-35 people from implementation to deployment. They key challenge was presence of several vendors for part of the build and evolving requirements as build progressed.• Played the role of Tech lead for a team that developed key features including login and registration and closed user group functionality for Vodafone UK. Technologies used: J2EE (Java, JSP), Junit for testing, Weblogic 8.1• Worked as onsite coordinator during testing phases, acting as a bridge between client’s functional, acceptance and performance testing teams and our offsite development team

• Re-engineered a dormant e-stamp solution which was plagued with issues for Royal Mail using ATG and Java/J2EE.• Ported the Royal Mail portal from ATG 5.6 to ATG 6.0 using JSP refactoring and code restructuring. Responsible for coding, code refactoring and bug fixing.• Responsible for bug-fixing, enhancement development & release coordination for The Royal Mail website. I owned among others, the critical B-2-C application ‘Shop’. Also led 6 people small projects team to add new features like Tracking Parcels, Smilers – Photo on stamp etc.
