Working as a financial analyst for ISG, primarily responsible for Audit and Collecting Income and Invoices management (T&M, Milestone, Credit, Base invoices and Travel Invoices, SLA credit and Earn Back) submitted by various Service provides to the client as part of the governance services• Responsible for credit collections on all accounts with Vendors, through e-mail and written correspondence. Preparing and maintaining customer’s monthly reconciliation schedules.• Recommendation of Earn back and Invoices for processing of payments to meet the defined SLA’s.• Resolved accounts receivable and Payable issues with Service providers and Clients.• Providing Monthly Reporting on the status of invoices breakup per service providers.• Preparation of Invoice Tracker, Value Tracker, Budget V Actual and Escalation log on a weekly basis and sharing them with the client management team during the weekly calls.• Mentoring and Training the new hires on the Invoice management Process for the new contracts and Service providers added to the clients business.• Proactively working with the Service Providers and the client to ensure the smooth process of the invoice management.• Act as an advisor to both the client and the service provider for the Invoice management process in order to ensure better relations are maintained between the two.
