• Confirm that invoices match job cards recorded in the Oracle system before booking.• Establish guidelines for expected expenses for the upcoming month.• Record entries for open job cards labeled as "Expenses."• Reconcile accounts with suppliers and customers before processing payments and Process paymentsvia the bank.• Generate invoices for customers.• Participate in the month end closing by ensuring booking and validating all invoices & job cards in addition to accrual booking and needed reconciliation.
