As a compliance professional, I provide hands-on leadership in achieving regulatory compliance, minimizing risk, and ensuring the integrity of personal and financial data. My ability to formulate technical and strategic plans to detect and investigate fraudulent activities and to develop plans to correct them.· Full knowledge of compliance department’s area with training of new employees in compliance department (AML, SSU, and Anti-fraud)· Preparing monthly and annual reports related to compliance departments for all areas of compliance department · Work as one team to complete the tasks of compliance in a proper and successful manner and participate in making strategies and policy of compliance department· I got certificate and successfully passed from the financial academy for (compliance, AML and Anti-fraud unit).· Ensure the control and procedures related to AML and fraud are effective and applicable.· Supporting the Compliance and AML in relative supervisory and controlling authorities and recommendations.· Ensure compliance and effective working relationship with regulators SAMA· Delivering awareness of the concept of money laundering and Fraud unit.· Ensure related reports to be submitted on time to regulators to avoid any penalties.

Performing the due diligence on new Clients, requesting the KYC information, documentation, review and verification of received documentation and making an analytical risk assessment for new Clients; • Thoroughly and succinctly document the research and analysis related to the financial activity and related entities of Clients, for an audience that includes Management, Regulators, Internal Audit, Senior Managers and Internal Compliance; • Periodically evaluate existing Clients according to established policies and procedures; • Periodical review of KYC records as to completeness, including verifying that due diligence has been performed and that CBC (due diligence) standards are complied with; also that the files and risk assessments are current and up to date; • Investigating high risk clients and reporting where necessary, including Politically Exposed Persons, and obtaining all necessary documentation to complete the client file; • Process entries to open/close clients’ account on our KYC / Related Parties and CDD database, and instruct Client Desk to open/close the accounts on account level in Equation where applicable; • Maintain continuous contact with customer in order to keep customer file updated; • Process amended client’ records on our KYC / RP and CDD database;
