I work with the US delivery team to co-develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, using various channels, tools, and technologies to source suitable candidates for current and future requirements.I also negotiate pay rates and contractual terms with candidates, follow up with them regularly to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process, and build and maintain a talent pool that can meet the company's hiring needs. I enjoy collaborating with other recruiters and hiring managers, as well as learning from the tech nerds I hang out with. I am a tech and political geek myself, and I love to read and travel.
