I loved machinery as I grew because my father is Mining engineer. I became mechanical engineer from IIT Kanpur and came to world of Automobiles and Power. I have worked for Automotive R&D for almost 7 years, in HEV power-train (Fuel cell, IC engine & battery), EMS (energy management strategy), physics based component & system modeling, simulations. Also did engine & vehicle testing, data analysis for performance enhancement.Even though I am not a beaver, I eagerly explore new engineering prospects. I have been able to put some good quality patents, 10 in total and counting.Some highlights:● 2009 - I did my internship in GE GRC , working on magnetic refrigeration.● 2011 - I got into R&D world of HEV in TVS motors. I worked on assembly of IC engine along with its testing & performance data anaylsis. Its real-time on-track tests and 3D CAD modelling on Creo & engine kinematics simulation on Matlab.● 2015 - Later I joined Daimler for e-mobility. I worked on fuel cell- battery hybrid technology. I develop EMS for hybrid power-train using SVM machine learning & Data fusion, system & component modelling on Matlab/Simulink, physical and thermodynamic analysis of powertrain component. Involved in thermal modelling, prototyping & manufacturing of battery cooling test setup.I have conceptualized, prototyped and integrated on test bed for a 100 W wave to electricity converter.I was an active volunteer for an organization "Prayas", where we used to teach children from nearby villages. In my free time, I like learning and making videos. I love to meet different people and understand their perspective on any topic. And make small unplanned trip, whenever possible.
