As senior engineer in Fuel cell-electric hybrid vehicle domain in R&D, I work on hybrid technology for automobile power-trains. I have worked almost 2 year in a role of simulation and research engineer.My role consists of many activities such as:- • Proficient in functional modelling of controller & plant models (Physics/Data based) for Transmission (TCM- Automatic/DCT) & Battery/BMS module for PHEV in Matlab-Simulink• 4 years of exclusive work on Component modelling of PEM Fuel Cell components like membrane electrode assembly, Electric-Turbochargers, Heat exchangers, humidifiers etc.• Detailed analysis & modelling of 1-D cooling loop for fuel cell-battery system in Simulink.• Formulated energy management strategy to increase efficiency of Fuel cell-battery Hybrid power-train, using optimization routine like dynamic programming.• Initiated and supervised full development of cooling prototype for low temperature systems (like battery) including planning, designing, Prototyping & vendor handling.• Responsible for creating problem selection tool of AI/ML, on Daimler India level • Data driven model for simulating driver model & transmission subsystems using RNN-ML.• Good understanding of hybrid- electric drive-train architecture and components• Part of team following Agile with Scrum philosophy, using JIRA as tool.• Innovation lead of our the team for patents and publications• Research report & market study presented regularly, to improve team work and fact checking habit in team.

As a person with inquisitive mind and entrepreneur attitude, i put some of my time, effort and money in developing a green technology based wave to electricity converter.Wave electricity converter (Personal Project)• Designed 3D model/ drawing of device and all its parts in CREO• Prototyping completed along with vendors negotiations and parts manufacturing• Prototype demonstration in wave pool to prove functionality in university of IIT-Madras• Received a certificate of appreciation and financial help to complete it from IIT-Madras.

I had worked at an automobile R&D section, on hybrid technology for automobile. I have spent two and half years on engine development, as an testing and development engineer. My roles were:• Engine development using CREO, testing on rig and test track.• Performed design failure analysis (DFMEA) & Risk assessment for design changes in engine/powertrain.• Successfully designed, manufactured, tested & patented foldable e-bike as my 1st project in Industry.

- I was a Btech-Mtech dual degree program student in mechanical engineering field at IIT Kanpur.- After 5 years as an student, I worked as a research associate for 3 months in the campus on fuel cell research topic.
