A remarkable milestone achieved in 10 weeks of joining Origin by delivering Salesforce - FSL (Field Service Lightning) end-to-end for Acumen Metering with the inclusion of integration with the incumbent CRM. This project was commenced as a part of Power Of Choice and has enabled the business to save considerable FTE time by leveraging the automation and optimisation capability provided by the application.A 3 phased Program of works over a span of 10 months to deliver a bespoke solution built on Salesforce for National Response Centre for their call centre staff along with the end-to-end delivery and roll-out of TraXu mobile app to the NRC Clients'. This involved Community Cloud and Service Cloud implementations including API integration with native built mobile app on Swift and Java. End-to-end Implementation of FSL and e-forms for Solar business division in Origin completed in record time of 4 months. Currently managing the roll-out of the FSL mobile app to the 3rd party installers across Australia.
