● To plan & timely execute procurement, installation & commissioning of different machinery at project site & to execute maintenance activity in SAP PM Module. ● Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Programmable Logic Controller like Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Schneider etc.● Prepare, Identify & maintain records of list of Instruments of various machinery and manage spare part availability for immediate attention to any breakdown. ● Loop checking of different field instrument from field to PLC/DDC and commissioning and testing of new equipment’s and ensuring their operability at desired capacity. ● To Maintain ,calibrate & Troubleshoot different types of instruments like PT, FT, DPT, LT of Endress + Hauser, Wikai, Rosemount, Krohne, Samson control valves with positioner, I to P, etc. ● Installation, maintenance & troubleshooting of Alarm annunciators, various switches like FS, LS, PS, TS.● Timely execution and participation in qualification of equipment namely FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ & PQ. ● Timely communication with various supplier and service vendors related to engineering and instrumentation.
