I work as a Senior Product Manager in the Information Technologies Department of Turkcell Global Bilgi AŞ, the leading company in the call center industry. I can summarize my job as ensuring the continuity of the life cycle of the applications used in our company and used by more than 15 thousand people under my responsibility with Scrum and Agile methodologies according to customer needs and growing them with new ideas. I believe in the philosophy of DevOps culture and strive to implement it in my business life. As a plus of our company, which closely follows technology and is in constant development, I am able to work with new technologies. Since 2006, I have had exciting and proud experiences both on the operations and Information Technologies side in very large ERP transitions. I develop form and web applications with C# (@net .@net core) to be used in our operations. I continue to learn Flutter to develop for the mobile side. I am working to crown my Back End knowledge with Front End and become a Full Stack developer. I love my job and I am passionate about it. I believe in the importance of teamwork, proactive approaches, and taking the right and appropriate initiative. Taking part in big projects and seeing the results makes you forget all the stress and fatigue experienced during the project. I know the importance of examining and analyzing customer needs before developing software. For this reason, I did my Master's degree in Management Information Systems on "security vulnerabilities and performance of web-based applications".Database Management Systems, Software Engineering, Programming Languages, Information Networks, System Modeling and Design, Electronic Commerce, and Project Management are some of the training I received. I work with SQL and ORACLE databases. I especially like following DevOps articles and transitioning from Monolithic to Microservice architecture. I try to closely follow the services and technologies offered by Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud providers. I am happy to talk and exchange ideas with old colleagues, managers, and new people.
