Experimental condensed matter physicist with expertise in combining various scanning probe techniques with electronic transport to study low dimensional systems, specifically graphene, under ultra high vacuum and at temperatures down to few hundred milli Kelvin. Having fabricated most of the devices that I measured as well as the scanning probes for combined AFM/STM, I am well acquainted with standard nano fabrication techniques and can handle cryogenic setups like dilution refrigerators. I consider myself rather skilled at programming and often take great pleasure in data analysis or writing codes for hardware interfacing, thereby learning new tricks on the way. Being a thorough and well organized person, I often like to get to the bottom of things in a continuous pursuit for clarity and perfection.
