RPO via Manpower Group (Talent Solutions) Responsible for Presenting Market Intelligence to stakeholders based on the initial requirements. Sourcing, generating passive candidates, and presenting quality candidates to stakeholders with detailed information related to each option. Providing proactive, informative, collaborative, and consultative updates to stakeholders throughout the sourcing strategy. Developing and presenting alternative strategies with additional recommendations for vacancies that have exceeded the 50-day service line agreement. Negotiating terms between preferred options and stakeholders. Liaising regularly with the business area project manager to ensure the strategy in place is fit for purpose. brought in initially as a day rate contractor to alleviate some of the sourcing pressure Cognizant’s EAS practice were facing, and subsequently brought in as a permanent member of the team in February 2021 to head up direct sourcing for the Salesforce practice, and to take ownership of the entire Mulesoft recruitment process. • Managed Talent Acquisition across multiple technical domains, including EAS, Application Development, Cloud, DevOps and Digital roles • Responsible for utilising relevant channels for each requirement which included internal database searches, talent pools, job board advertising, CV database searches, promotion of employee referrals, LinkedIn campaigns, social channels • Participated in and attend Recruitment Events and Meetups • Worked closely with the Talent Supply Chain team to ensuring balance between sourcing internal and external talent, whilst ensuring business need was met • Ensured full compliance with external legal and Cognizant internal processes (e.g. right to work verification, offer approvals, initiating Visa processes, system compliance etc.) • Conducted HR interviews, collated and shared interview feedback and utilised this information in management of the offer approval process • Looked at ways to continually promote Cognizant’s employer brand, improve the candidate and hiring manager experience and delivered talent on time and to budgetAchievements • Saved Cognizant in the region of £325,000 in agency fees so far (avg. salary £80,000) • Placed 26 candidates into the business between the period of December and May • 70% of candidates placed were diverse hires • 84% of candidates were from BAME background
