• Finalizing contract with transport company and clearing agents• Coordinating with Sales and QC for fulfilling the customer requirement on time.• Booking trucks for loading and to Arrange material for dispatch• Arrange all the documents for Goods coming from abroad• Arrange material in warehouse for easy dispatch• Preparing documents related to Dispatch• Maintaining the FIFO as per ISO standard• Maintaining all the ISO documentation for audit purpose• Space management for better space utilization• Making shift schedule for better manpower utilization.• Training for new joining and evaluation of the performance• Keeping track of all the store and logistics staff performance• Monthly evaluation of transporting company.• Tracking all the incoming goods and spares to ensure quick delivery.• Following ministry documentation for custom duty exemption.
